Dear Distinguished Colleagues,
This unique “International Conference on Superconductivity and Magnetism” -ICSM 2012, will be held at Artemis Marin Princess Hotel(5*) in Kumburgaz-Istanbul/Turkey between 29 April -4 May 2012, with a spring school and educational courses (24 – 28 April, 2012) prior to the conference.
We are fortunate to have secured the venue Hotel with a contract special to our participants. Kumburgaz is a small town with a pedestrian friendly coast about 40 km away from the old city of Istanbul, while participants can also enjoy the large city feel. Istanbul is located between Europe and Asia, and easily accessible by air, train and car. All conference activities together with associated commercial exhibition will be taken place at the hotel’s conference halls with the state-of art facilities including full-board-extended accommodation at affordable prices with luxury, work and pleasure both appealing for senior and junior scientists. Priority will be given to senior scientists and invited speakers.
ICSM is expected to attract around a thousand participants from all over the world to discuss the recent developments in superconductivity, magnetism, magnetic materials, functional materials and related technologies. ICSM2012 will provide a platform, where solid state physicists, chemists and material scientists, engineers and other professionals meet together for mutual benefits and collaboration. Ten plenary speakers will present their latest research findings along with 165 invited speakers. The program will also include contributing talks of around 145 and 3 poster sessions with about 500 presentations of the latest research findings of the participants.
